Stress and Anxiety Group
Any adult (18+) is welcome to join this group therapy. There are seven sessions; You can join as many or as little as you want. All sessions are completely free.
Every Monday starting on February 16th 2026 until March 30th 2026

Individual counseling is a process where the client and therapist work one-on-one in a welcoming and safe place to work on their counseling goals. We offer therapy services to people ages 8 years and older.

Group counseling sessions are offered occasionally with various topics such as Stress and Anxiety Management, Personal Growth, and support groups (ex. LGBTQ individuals). Many of our groups are free to the public and are delivered via telehealth over zoom.

Telehealth is done primarily online with internet access on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. Telehealth services are offered to individuals aged 8 years and older. We ask that the client find a private quiet place to hold their telehealth counseling sessions.

​A discounted/sliding scale fee is available and dependent on client income & family size. We use the poverty guidelines to assess if client qualifies for a discount.

Family counseling is a method to develop and maintain healthy and functional family relationships. Family therapy typically brings several family members together for therapy sessions.

Both owners of New Leaf Mental Health are Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisors and offer supervision for graduate students and LPC Associates. New Leaf Mental Health offers free supervision to LPC Associates who work at New Leaf clinic. The LPC supervision fee is $375 a month for LPC Associates not working at the clinic. Space is limited for LPC Associates and graduate students to work at New Leaf, please contact us for an interview if interested.

Couples counseling is a process where a couple and therapist work to improve relationship, deepen emotional intimacy, and lessen conflict. It focuses on improving communication, understanding relationship dynamics, and creating a safe space to address issues like infidelity, financial disputes, or life changes.
08.
Play therapy is a structured, evidence-based therapeutic approach for children (typically ages 8–12) that uses play as the primary language to communicate, process emotions, and resolve psychological challenges.
