Fees

Cash and major credit cards are accepted. A processing fee of $2.00 will be added to all debit/credit card transactions. Be advised to have exact amount if paying with cash. NO checks.

 

LPC Private Pay Fees

Fees for letters are as follows:

$110.00 for Initial Evaluation Reports, $90.00 for Quarterly Reports

$50.00 for SSI letters,

$75.00 for court letters, FMLA letters $50.00

$75.00 for Emotional Support Animal letters,

$75.00 for Mental Health Evaluation/Surgical Readiness letters,

$40.00 for Treatment Verification letters

 

If you are involved in a court case requiring my participation, you will be expected to pay for the time required to meet these obligations prior to court appearance. It is crucial to advise your therapist as soon as possible of the expected date and time participation is required.

 

“No Surprises Act"-is a federal law enacted in 2022 to protect consumers from surprise billing. Surprise billing is also known as balance billing which is an unexpected balance bill. All fees for services are listed above. Depending on insurance there may be out-of-pocket costs, such as a copayment, coinsurance, and/or a deductible.

Appointments

Our phone number is (956) 410-2424 is our intake line which we will gather your insurance information and once a therapist is available you will be assigned to the the therapist who aligns with your preferences. Phone calls are returned in the order they are received. If we don't answer feel free to leave a voicemail or text message. We appreciate your patience regarding this matter.

 

NO WALK INS are accepted since office hours vary for each individual therapist.

 

Insurance:

  • Managed care plans such as PPOs and HMOs may require prior authorization. If you fail to obtain prior authorization you may be required to pay for counseling services already provided. Some policies cover a percentage of costs and you as the consumer are responsible for the remaining percentage also known as a co-pay.

  • Co-pays are due prior to beginning session.

  • For telehealth sessions co-pay should be paid prior to your session. Telehealth sessions may or may not be covered by your insurance plan. Please verify with your insurance company if you are eligible.

  • You are responsible for knowing your coverage and advising your therapist when you have had a change in insurance.
